In this role, you will manage diverse projects varying in size, scope, and complexity while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. Project Leadership & Management Lead project teams in the preparation, review, and delivery of preliminary and final site plans, engineering designs, and construction documents. Manage project schedules, budgets, quality control, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and project analyses to support successful project execution. Technical Expertise Review and evaluate survey data, existing site conditions, and development constraints, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, condominium documents, and related records.
