You’ll build strong client relationships, guide multidisciplinary teams, and deliver quality work while managing project budgets, schedules, and business goals. What You’ll Do Lead projects from proposal and contract through delivery, keeping clients informed and addressing concerns promptly. Build and maintain relationships with municipal clients and prospective clients. Coordinate project teams, assign responsibilities, and mentor team members. Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, workload, and financial performance; address changes and risks as they arise. Prepare proposals, project updates, and presentations, and follow up on business opportunities. Maintain accurate project records, reporting, and document management. Coordinate with Atwell leadership and colleagues across disciplines to deliver quality work. What You Bring At least 8 years of experience in civil engineering, public works, environmental services, land planning, surveying, or a related field.
