The Cybersecurity Technology Management Analyst provides cybersecurity engineering, information assurance, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) support for a DoD agency's network infrastructure. Supports security authorization, compliance assessments, vulnerability management, and integration of cybersecurity controls throughout the network lifecycle. Responsibilities Include: Serve as an IA Subject Matter Expert (SME) with regards to IA Architecture policies and procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to facilitate the identification and integration of IA controls at the onset of the acquisition lifecycle for emerging IT capabilities. Serve as a principal liaison for Enterprise-level boundary defense initiatives to ensure consistent and sufficient identification and implementation of applicable IA controls in concert with the agency IA and IT architecture. Provide oversight for the design and implementation of Enterprise-level IA solutions providing standards for access control capabilities across the Enterprise. Provide information assurance and cybersecurity expertise supporting enterprise network infrastructure. Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, including security authorization and continuous compliance monitoring. Develop, review, and maintain cybersecurity documentation, RMF artifacts, and security authorization packages. Support Authority to Operate and Authority to Connect requirements for agency sites, networks, and systems. Maintain security documentation and authorization information within eMASS.
