Customer Solutions Architect (Austin) About the role As a Customer Solutions Architect (CSA), you will be the primary post-sales technical owner for our existing customers, helping them get the most value from the combined Fivetran and dbt platform. Working alongside Account Executives and Solutions Engineers, you’ll make sure customers not only deploy successfully, but keep scaling and expanding their usage over time. This role operates as a technical account manager and strategic advisor, bridging customers who have achieved onboarding success towards long-term growth. You’ll own the technical narrative after go-live, monitoring an existing book of business, leading technical discussions, uncovering new data challenges, and guiding customers through architecture evolution, adoption, and expansion through live demos and technical workshops. Location: Austin, TX (hybrid). This is a full-time position, and candidates must be located in Austin and able to work in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday). What you'll do Customer Adoption and Value Realization Own post-sales technical engagement across a portfolio of assigned Commercial and Enterprise accounts Drive adoption, optimization, and ongoing usage of the platform, moving customers from initial deployment to sustained, scalable success Educate customers on new products and features as they launch, and on existing capabilities they may not be using Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and best-practice guidance Monitor account health signals (usage, performance, support trends) and proactively intervene to address churn or contrac…
