Flight Software links together the mechanical, avionics, algorithmic, and embedded worlds to actually make the airplane fly. As a Build Software Engineer, you will own the systems that enable quick and reliable building, testing, and deployment of the entire flight software suite prior to flight. A build software engineer sees lengthy build times as a core developer experience impediment and creates systems to make the whole organization more efficient. Responsibilities In your role as Build Software Engineer, you will shape the build and continuous integration design for C++ and Rust software products both on-premise and in the cloud. You will also lead optimization of that infrastructure to ensure all software builds supporting flight are fast and repeatable across environments. You will work in a highly collaborative environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across engineering and IT functions.
