If selected, you will be matched to a specific team based on your background and interests during the interview process. - Software Engineering Intern - Embedded Systems - Software Engineering Intern - Camera Software - Vehicle Security Engineering Intern As an Embedded Platforms intern, you will design, implement, and debug core software running on ECUs and embedded Linux or RTOS environments, and contribute directly to the software used for verification and board bring up on next generation vehicle platforms. Specific project areas vary by team and may include: - Bringing up new ECUs and development boards, including drivers, bootloaders, and board support software - Implementing and optimizing Hardware Abstraction Layers (HALs) that connect vehicle software to hardware - Working on embedded Linux or Android platform components running on vehicle electronics - Developing and benchmarking real time operating system kernel features, with a focus on reliability and performance - Building security firmware features such as secure boot or cryptographic services on vehicle ECUs - Developing camera and imaging software on embedded hardware - Writing automated tests and CI integrations that validate platform software on real hardware RESPONSIBILITIES…
