About the Role: As the App Platform Team Lead, you will lead the team that design, build and operate the app infrastructure Your focus will be on creating and evolving shared code, SDKs, templates and platform services that enables the support of multiple product streams, while managing the unique technical complexity of mobile (iOS/Android, cross-platform code, native integrations). This is a senior, high-impact platform role — the team’s work is central to our mobile product and carries broad technical ownership across the organization. Responsibilities: Lead a team of engineers, fostering a high-performance and innovative engineering culture. Define and evolve platform architecture that supports shared code, cross-team reuse, and increased developer velocity while addressing mobile-specific complexity (native modules, bridging, cross-platform patterns). Make critical technical tradeoffs that balance long-term maintainability with short-term business needs. Stay hands-on: drive design and implementation of core pieces of the platform and Drive full-stack development, leading backend and frontend implementations as needed.
