Your Role at impact.com : The QA Chapter Lead is responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products for the group. This role bridges technical QA execution and leadership, guiding QA engineers while collaborating closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle What You'll Do: As a QA Chapter Lead for the Data Group, you will lead a critical function focused on both the technical infrastructure and the human element of Quality Assurance.
