ABOUT THE ROLE The Product Designer will help design and build user-friendly experiences across Neon One’s products. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, you’ll take features from early research and design through prototyping and implementation. This role combines product design with front-end development. You’ll use customer feedback, design systems, and AI-powered tools to create intuitive, accessible, and consistent product experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead the design of features within your area end to end, creating intuitive user flows, interactions, and states. - Conduct user research, participate in customer interviews, and run usability tests to gather feedback and inform design decisions. - Create visual designs and interactive prototypes to test ideas and improve usability. - Build interactive prototypes in code and accessible, production-ready front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and React. - Use AI-powered tools to support research, design exploration, prototyping, and front-end development. - Design AI and agentic experiences that build user trust, transparency, and control, following responsible AI and data practices. - Work with Product Managers and Engineers to turn validated designs into pr…
