About the Role As an Associate Director, Analytics, you will lead complex analytics and data science engagements, bringing together strong quantitative expertise, strategic thinking, and client leadership. This role requires a strong foundation in data science and advanced analytics . You should be comfortable working with sophisticated analytical methodologies, evaluating data science approaches and outputs, and translating complex quantitative findings into clear business recommendations. At the Associate Director level, you will also lead teams and workstreams, influence senior stakeholders, and help shape the analytical approach to complex client challenges. You may not be coding or building models every day, but you should have sufficient data science depth to credibly guide the work and challenge the methodology. Responsibilities Data Science & Advanced Analytics Lead advanced analytics and data science work across complex client engagements. Apply and guide approaches such as statistical modeling, predictive analytics, experimentation, segmentation, forecasting, machine learning, or other advanced quantitative methodologies as appropriate to the business problem. Evaluate analytical approaches and outputs, identify limitations and opportunities, and ensure that methodologies are rigorous, actionable, and connected to client objectives.
