About Integrated Marketing Analytics (IMA) Integrated Marketing Analytics (IMA) is the analytics intelligence and measurement function within Monks’ Data and Digital Media practice. IMA is accountable for how performance is measured, how insights translate into business decisions, and how the full breadth of Monks’ capabilities comes to life inside each account. IMA combines deep measurement expertise with the senior client-advisory practice - and is the engine through which client trust compounds into long-term growth. As AI reshapes consulting delivery and marketing measurement, IMA leads that shift across the practice. IMA serves four client archetypes - Global Accounts, Content Accounts, Media-First Accounts, and Marketing/Web/CRM/Tech and AI-Implementation - with a consistent operating model and leadership standard across all four. The Role This is the first level of full account ownership. As a functional leader, you own a book of clients and its P&L, translate practice strategy into a functional plan, and are accountable for budgets, team performance, and the health of every relationship in your book. You are the senior link between Monks’ strategy and the work that reaches the client.
