Job Title: Lead, Compliance Quality Assurance Department: Regulatory Compliance Reports to: Head, Compliance Quality Assurance About this role As the Lead, Compliance Quality Assurance, you are the tactical backbone of our quality assessment framework. You will spearhead the day-to-day operations of our QA Assessor team, transforming quality assurance into a catalyst for operational excellence. Through rigorous standard enforcement and precision-based calibration, you will ensure that Moniepoint’s critical divisions including KYC/Due Diligence, AML, LEA, Transaction Monitoring, and Fraud consistently meet SLAs and regulatory policy standards. Acting as the final line of defense against compliance drift, you are dedicated to maintaining flawless execution, high-velocity accuracy, and total regulatory integrity across all operational touchpoints. Responsibilities Supervise, train, and manage QA Assessors, ensuring consistent grading and execution through regular file calibration exercises. Lead the secondary review process across the 'Six Pillars' (AML/Transaction Monitoring, Regulatory Control/LEA, and Forensic Fraud), identifying vulnerabilities in accuracy, speed, and regulatory compliance. Maintain a centralized Compliance Defect Log and translate QA findings into actionable weekly feedback for operational Team Leads to drive continuous improvement. Perform deep-dive analyses on compliance misses to differentiate between system threshold errors and investigator oversight, recommending necessary process adjustments.
