The Role We are seeking a customer-focused IT Systems Administrator to support employees and maintain the systems and infrastructure they rely on every day. This role combines Level 1 and Level 2 user support with hands-on administration of endpoints, identity services, servers, and cloud and on-premises systems. You will be a first point of contact for employee IT requests and an escalation point for more complex issues. You will also help keep our environment secure, available, and well documented through routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for employee hardware, software, accounts, connectivity, and other IT issues. Troubleshoot workstation, operating system, application, peripheral, identity, network, and infrastructure problems; escalate complex issues when needed. Administer and maintain IT systems across on-premises and cloud environments, including servers, core services, and business-critical systems. Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and identity services to provide secure and reliable access to company resources.
