We exist to get patients faster, better access to life-saving therapies, and the product is how that promise reaches every program we run. What we build next decides how quickly a patient gets on therapy and whether they stay on it. This role owns that. As Principal Product Manager, you’ll own strategy and outcomes for a major area of the Courier platform, from first customer conversation through launch and adoption. You’ll set direction where the answer isn’t obvious, make tradeoffs explicit, and raise the bar for how product gets built here. Our customers are asking for more than we can build one request at a time. The product decisions made in the next year will shape what Courier is for the next five.
