We are seeking an experienced Software Test Analyst 3 to support the State of Michigan’s DTMB Agency Services team, testing public-facing applications and technology enhancements.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience: ✅ 7+ years of comprehensive software testing experience ✅ 5+ years of Agile test case management and acceptance criteria validation ✅ 2+ years working directly with senior management on testing strategy, quality risks, and defect resolution ✅ 2+ years testing public-facing applications ✅ Strong experience with test planning, test execution, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing ✅ Defect documentation, tracking, and resolution ✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills ✅ Bachelor’s degree required ✅ ADA / WCAG accessibility and compliance testing ✅ Vulnerability scan review and triage ✅ State government or federally regulated application experience (Higly Preferred)
📌 Location Requirement: Candidates must be located in Michigan for remote workdays. Relocation is accepted at the candidate’s own expense, with on-site availability from Day 1.
