We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale Salesforce program, oversee multiple projects, establish governance processes, and drive business process automation.
🔹 Mandatory Requirements: ✅ 8+ years of IT Project Management experience ✅ 5+ years of Business Process Analysis ✅ 3+ years of Salesforce experience ✅ 3+ years of Workflow Automation ✅ Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams ✅ Strong vendor management, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills ✅ Proficiency in MS Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook ✅ Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical study
🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Lead Salesforce program strategy, planning, and roadmap development. • Oversee Salesforce Org setup and implementation activities. • Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. • Coordinate vendors, technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership. • Establish program governance and reporting processes. • Drive workflow automation, business process improvement, and change management. • Monitor project performance and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. ⭐ Preferred Qualifications: • Large-scale Salesforce implementation experience • PMP certification • Experience leading digital workflow automation initiatives 🔁 Tag or refer someone who would be a great fit!
