This role involves building scalable applications and end-to-end technical pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, a good problem solver, and an excellent communicator, with the ability to conduct workshops, lead technical discussions, and present demos.Key Responsibilities ------------------------Design and develop scalable applications and backend services using Python, .NET/C, and Node.js/TypeScript. Build end-to-end workflows, APIs, integrations, automation, and technical pipelines. Develop and integrate AI/LLM-powered applications, AI agents, RAG solutions, and AI workflows. Use AI-assisted/agentic development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, refactoring, testing, and documentation, while applying sound judgment on reviewing and validating AI-generated code before it ships. Contribute to system architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making. Work with databases, cloud platforms, Git, Docker, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring. Conduct technical workshops, POCs, architecture discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and product demos. Collaborate with Product, QA, AI Engineers, and other stakeholders to take solutions from concept to deployment. Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor engineers, and drive engineering best practices.
