LiveX AI · Project Manager Palo Alto, CA · Full-time, on-site · Department: Operations / Deployments · Reports to: founding team Source: https://livex.ai/careers/project-manager (posted Jul 24, 2026) ABOUT THE ROLE LiveX AI builds AI infrastructure for the physical world, deploying interactive AI agents and hardware into high-foot-traffic venues such as hotels, retail flagships, convention centers, and stadiums. Each deployment is custom and requires sales, solution engineering, warehouse readiness, and a third-party delivery partner to stay in sync. This role owns each deployment end to end and works daily with sales, solution engineering, and office/logistics. RESPONSIBILITIES End-to-End Deployment Ownership - Single accountable owner for each deployment, from signed contract to a live, working installation at the customer site. - Run the deployment schedule: define milestones, sequence dependencies, track status, surface risks and blockers early. - Internal hub across sales, solution engineering, and office/logistics so nothing falls between teams. Scope & Solution Engineering - Drive a clear, complete SOW from sales and sales engineering before each deployment starts; push back when scope is ambiguous. - Track solution engineers through implementation against the SOW, keeping configuration and readiness on schedule. - Translate customer requirements and site constraints into a concrete deployment plan. Logistics & Warehouse Coordination - Coordinate with the office/logistics owner and the third-party delivery partner on delivery windows, pickup, and destination readiness. - Confirm warehouse readiness before each deployment: items staged, configured, health-checked before shipping. - Manage installation scheduling and any returns or de-installations.
