We are looking for an experienced AVP Software Engineer who can lead the design, development and delivery of secure, scalable and resilient applications, with primary accountability for customer journey solutions. This role combines hand-on engineering, technical oversight, project delivery ownership on key web technologies.
You will be responsible for building high-performing teams, drive engineering excellence through modern architecture, High-quality engineering, automation, security, CICD and operational best practices while leading, developing and contributing to a high-performing mobile engineering team to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
To be a successful Customer Journey - Software Engineer - AVP, you should have experience with:
Ability to design, build, test, and operate production services using technologies such as REACT, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, together with the desire to broaden your expertise. Design web solution catering accessibility and responsive requirement. Component development using Node-based build tooling Supporting end-to-end testing. Ability to use AI engineering tools to accelerate research, code understanding, prototyping, implementation, and documentation while applying sound engineering judgment. Experience building production services, distributed systems, or shared platform capabilities. Experience working with APIs, RESTful services, integration contracts, and data or domain models. Experience with authentication, authorization, and identity management.
