At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Developer to join our team in Brasil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transformative, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Java Developer, you will lead the design and development of a scalable cloud-based solution, employing Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations. Your role will be pivotal in driving collaboration, innovation, and transformation, as we harness the power of AI to revolutionize our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy software applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions. Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability. Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning. Implement best practices in Agile and Test-Driven Development (TDD). Ensure the integration of RESTful APIs within microservice architectures. Engage actively in code reviews and contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes.
