MandatoryRequirements:- - Hands-on experience with CoupaERP - US Accounts Payable (AP) end to end process experience - Experience working in US Shift - Excellent communication skills
KeyResponsibilities - Process and verify vendor invoices using Coupa ERP - Perform PO matching, invoice coding, and invoice processing - Handle vendor payments (ACH, Wire, Checks) - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies - Maintain vendor records and coordinate with vendors - Support month-end AP closing, accruals, and aging reporting
