This position will report to our agency located in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support and administration for Workday Core HCM, including employee data, positions, organizations, job changes, compensation changes, and other employee lifecycle transactions. Support Workday functionality and processes related to Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and Talent Management. Troubleshoot Workday issues, research root causes, and coordinate resolutions with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders. Assist with Workday business process configuration, testing, documentation, and ongoing process improvements. Support annual and recurring HR activities, including benefits enrollment, compensation activities, performance reviews, recruiting processes, and other HR programs. Review employee and organizational data for accuracy and help resolve data discrepancies. Assist with Workday reporting and provide data to HR and business partners as needed. Participate in testing for Workday updates, enhancements, and configuration changes. Create and maintain process documentation, job aids, and training materials. Respond to Workday-related questions from employees, managers, and HR partners and provide clear guidance on system processes. Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve the employee and manager experience.
