Your Impact
As Vice President Software Development SaaS Products, you will take responsibility for the strategic, organizational, and people leadership of several software development teams. You will drive the further development of a modern SaaS product portfolio and establish scalable engineering structures across teams.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading and developing multiple software engineering teams, including engineering managers and technical leaders. Building a culture of innovation, collaboration, ownership, mentoring, and continuous improvement. Defining and driving software development strategies focused on scalable SaaS architectures, cloud technologies, robustness, security, and faster time-to-market. Establishing AI-native engineering practices across teams, including the use of modern agentic development tools, workflows, pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering. Making AI-driven productivity gains measurable and translating them into sustainable improvements in delivery speed, quality, and engineering effectiveness.
