About the Role
SaQus IT Solutions is seeking a motivated Application Developer to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in programming, enjoys solving technical challenges, and can translate business requirements into reliable, user-friendly software solutions.
You will collaborate with technical team members and stakeholders to develop application features, improve existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain business applications based on project requirements. Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code. Develop and enhance application features, user interfaces, and system functionality. Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party services. Troubleshoot software defects and resolve application performance issues. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements. Maintain application documentation and follow established coding standards. Support software updates, system improvements, and ongoing maintenance. Identify opportunities to improve application reliability, security, and usability.
Required Skills
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C, Python, or JavaScript. Understanding of software development principles and application architecture. Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and data management. Knowledge of REST APIs, application integration, and version control tools such as Git. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and analyze complex problems. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage development tasks and meet project deadlines.
