What You’ll Do Design, build, and sustain business workflows and features in Microsoft 365—SharePoint Online and Power Automate as an engineer. You’ll manage site architecture and administration, secure access control, governance and compliance, and user support across our M365 environment.
This is a hybrid position that requires the employee to work on-site three days per week, with occasional after‑hours support during releases or incidents.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities: Support users with data analysis for program decision making and contract life cycle activities. Over time, you’ll help design, implement, and support an internal workflow platform—applying software engineering best practices (APIs, authentication/authorization, observability, CI/CD) and growing into agentic automation patterns.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained may be substituted for education, if degree is required.
Certifications:
None required. Preferred: Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL 900, PL 200, MS 900, AZ 900).
