Analysis and Prioritization: Triage, correlation and classification of security alerts with a focus on criticality. SOC Operations: Support for the routine of the Security Operations Center, collaborating with analysts, infrastructure and development. Incident Handling: Acting in incident response, root cause investigation, and compliance with SLAs and playbooks. Containment and Hardening: Support in post-incident response phases, implementation of continuous improvement measures and best practices for servers, networks and cloud. Documentation and Reports: Preparation of technical reports, playbooks, runbooks and structured incident records. Governance and Alignment: Participation in technical meetings, setting priorities, planning improvements and interfacing with compliance. Systems Administration: Management of network security (firewalls, antivirus) and support for the Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science or related areas.
