About the Role:
As a Sr Software Engineer, Security, you will design and build secure, scalable systems that protect Motive’s products, infrastructure, and customer data. You will report into Pankaj Moolrajani, Manager, Security Engineer, and work across engineering and product teams to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle.
You will help build authentication flows, OAuth integrations, authorization platforms, BYOK capabilities, and other security features in the product. This role is ideal for an experienced security-minded software engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, improving developer security practices, and turning security requirements into practical, reliable solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Design, build, and maintain authentication flows and OAuth integrations across Motive’s products. Build and evolve authorization platforms that enforce secure, scalable access to product capabilities and customer data. Develop BYOK capabilities and related security controls for customers with advanced data-protection requirements.
