Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements. Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations. Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide technical solutions. Create and maintain ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer automations, and approval processes. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and system enhancements while ensuring minimal business disruption. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, defects, and performance-related concerns. Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to improve operational visibility and decision-making. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and security policies. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment activities, and documentation of solutions. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations. Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules. Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and API integrations. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
