Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of the enterprise developer tooling ecosystem, enabling secure, scalable, and efficient software delivery. You will partner with Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Product teams to drive Developer Experience (DevEx), expand automation and self-service capabilities, establish tooling standards and best practices, and deliver solutions that improve developer productivity and platform reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise Developer Tools and Software Catalog ecosystem with end-to-end ownership. Define tooling standards, governance, best practices, and support models. Own Developer Experience (DevEx), including onboarding, Day 2 operations, self-service tooling, and developer productivity initiatives. Support developer tooling ecosystems as product-like platforms with a strong Developer Experience (DX) focus. Oversee tool lifecycle management, including onboarding, upgrades, patching, licensing, renewals, adoption, and retirement. Drive modernization, automation, self-service, and developer productivity initiatives.
