Job Overview
Helm Experience & Design is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern digital products, web applications, and software platforms. Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software applications and digital products. Build responsive web applications and interactive user experiences. Develop backend services, APIs, and application integrations. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to implement effective software solutions. Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot defects and improve application performance, security, and reliability. Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and software architecture discussions. Integrate databases, third-party services, and external platforms. Develop and maintain automated tests to support software quality. Contribute to application deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Communicate technical decisions and project progress with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
Professional experience in software engineering or application development. Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, PHP, or Ruby. Understanding of web application architecture, APIs, and database systems. Familiarity with version control tools such as Git. Knowledge of software testing, debugging, and development best practices. Ability to translate product requirements into practical technical solutions.
