WE’RE HIRING | Senior Java Full Stack Developer Location: Sterling, VA (Hybrid – Onsite every Wednesday is mandatory) Salary: $140K–$150K per annum (W2) + Full Company Benefits Client: USCIS Employment Type: Full-Time Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship Required Clearance: Active Public Trust or ability to obtain DHS suitability About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to critical government projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer with strong expertise in Java-based application development, modern front-end frameworks, and CI/CD practices. Required Skills & Qualifications ✅ 12+ years of software development experience ✅ Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, JSON, and JavaScript ✅ Front-end development experience with Angular and/or React ✅ Database experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL ✅ Test automation experience with Selenium and Cucumber ✅ Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines ✅ Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) ✅ Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills ✅ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS Familiarity with Git/GitHub Experience working in Agile environments Experience optimizing high-traffic applications Additional Details Hybrid work model with mandatory onsite presence every Wednesday 3 rounds of interviews Start date: EOD approval
