Within Ami Paris’s International Training Department, and reporting to the Head of Retail Training, the Retail Training Project Manager plays a key role in elevating the in-store client experience and driving retail performance through training. As an ambassador of the brand’s retail culture, you actively support, coach and guide sales advisors, fostering skill development and continuous performance improvement through a collaborative and supportive approach. Combining creativity with a strong business mindset, you design and deliver engaging learning content and training initiatives that respond to business needs and bring the brand’s client experience standards to life. Through your day-to-day interactions, you foster a climate of trust and optimism, empowering retail teams to embody AMI Paris’s values in every client interaction. You also embody the Maison’s service and grooming standards, leading by example with consistency, commitment and authenticity. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Training Content and Tools Development Design and develop blended learning programs covering all key dimensions of the client experience, creating new content and updating existing materials as needed. Develop engaging learning experiences in a variety of formats, including in-person sessions, virtual training, e-learning, videos and interactive activities, and prepare all materials required for their implementation. Work closely with Retail Management, Clienteling and CRM teams to monitor retail KPIs, including NPS and other relevant performance indicators, and adapt training initiatives based on results and identified needs. Drive continuous improvement by gathering and integrating feedback from the field. Support local training teams in adopting new content and monitor its implementation across markets.
