Position Summary
We’re looking for a senior, hands-on developer to design, build, and support applications that power core healthcare workflows and internal tools.
This is a high-ownership role on a small, fast-moving team. You’ll work closely with product, clinical, and engineering stakeholders to take ideas from concept to production.
The ideal candidate is a technically strong leader who is pragmatic, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to independently drive initiatives from concept through production support. This role partners with the Director of Technology Delivery & Innovation, business stakeholders, IT Operations, Data Management, and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. The role operates within a hybrid on-prem and cloud environment, ensuring applications integrate with enterprise ELT pipelines and align with established data architecture standards that support trusted analytics, automation, and AI-enabled decision-making.
What You’ll Do Application Development & Ownership
