Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPO Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, configuration, workflow automation, and integrations.
The consultant will be responsible for developing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions, particularly within the SPO area, while working closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow platform applications and functionalities. Support development and customization activities related to ServiceNow SPO requirements. Design and implement workflows, business rules, and platform automation. Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes. Work with ServiceNow Flow Designer to automate business processes and approvals. Support integration of ServiceNow applications with external systems using APIs and integration tools. Troubleshoot and resolve technical defects and platform-related issues. Implement enhancements and change requests based on business requirements. Collaborate with functional consultants and solution architects to translate requirements into technical solutions. Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities. Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations. Support continuous improvement initiatives and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
