We are looking for: Mechanical Engineer
You’ll make an impact by:
Develop, modify, and maintain high-quality BIM models for Mechanical and Electrical systems using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements, and company standards. Create detailed 3D models, coordinated layouts, schedules, and engineering documentation for project deliverables. Perform multidisciplinary model coordination with Architectural, Structural, and other Building Services teams to ensure accurate and clash-free designs. Conduct clash detection, interference checks, and model validation using Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools, proactively identifying and resolving design conflicts. Manage project collaboration and document control through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including model sharing, issue tracking, coordination workflows, and version management. Develop, maintain, and optimize Revit MEP families, templates, project standards, shared parameters, and BIM libraries to improve modeling efficiency and consistency across projects. Generate Bills of Materials (BOM), material take-offs, and quantity schedules directly from BIM models to support engineering, procurement, and production activities. Ensure BIM model quality that adhere to project-specific standards, Level of Development (LOD) requirements, and client specifications. Participate in coordination meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and achieve project milestones. Continuously improve BIM workflows, automation opportunities, and best practices to enhance productivity and project quality.
