Are you an experienced software engineer who enjoys building high-performance TypeScript code? Would you like your code to operate across more than 7,000 publisher sites, reach hundreds of millions of monthly unique visitors, and directly impact meaningful revenue?
Raptive is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our Ad Code Core Engineering team. You’ll help build and evolve the technology that powers advertising across our publishers’ sites, working on challenging engineering problems at significant scale and contributing across different areas of our AdTech product.
We’re looking for an engineer who combines strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills with technical leadership, ownership, and an AI-forward approach to software development.
What you’ll be doing: -------------------------
Build and evolve high-performance JavaScript and TypeScript libraries that run in browsers across thousands of publisher sites. Develop advertising features and integrations that operate at significant scale, with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability. Lead projects from ambiguity through delivery, helping define the technical approach, identify risks, make tradeoffs, and drive work toward a measurable outcome. Take ownership of your work beyond writing code, proactively following it through development, testing, release, measurement, and iteration. Work directly with Product, Engineering, Quality, Data, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate progress and risks, and make informed technical decisions. Use AI as an integral part of your engineering workflow to improve development speed and quality, while applying sound judgment about when, how, and which AI tools to use. Help develop repeatable AI-enabled workflows and engineering practices that make both developers and AI agents more effective.
