Skills: SQL, CI/CDThis is a remote position.We are looking for an experiencedPower BI Architectto design, govern, and optimize enterprise-scale Power BI solutions within a complex global pharma environment.The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on Power BI development expertise with architectural ownership, defining scalable semantic models, governance standards, deployment approaches, security models, and development best practices. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and IT teams to ensure that Power BI solutions are performant, maintainable, secure, and aligned with the wider enterprise data strategy.Key Responsibilities Design and maintainenterprise Power BI solution architecture, including datasets, semantic models, reports, workspaces, security, and deployment standards. Design scalable and reusablesemantic/data models, applying dimensional modelling and Power BI modelling best practices. Develop and reviewadvanced DAX calculations, measures, calculation logic, and complex business KPIs. Design and optimize data ingestion and transformation usingPower Query, SQL, and multiple enterprise data sources. Performperformance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimizationof Power BI reports, datasets, DAX queries, refresh processes, and semantic models. Define standards and best practices forPower BI Service, including workspace architecture, administration, governance, capacity utilization, and report lifecycle management. Design and implement robustsecurity models, including Row-Level Security (RLS), access controls, workspace permissions, and data governance requirements. Definedeployment, release management, and environment strategiesacross development, testing, and production environments.
