Job Summary and Qualifications
The Senior Application Developer will analyze, design, and implement complex database and web applications to support Parallon Development solutions. The developer should have the ability to review requirements and craft technical design documentation that allows for future scalability, interoperability, and reduced maintenance. The developer should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to establish effective working relationships and manage multiple priorities. The developer must demonstrate a clear history of technical growth and positively inspiring teams towards their goals. This role will perform any technical project assignments with minimal supervision. This role is responsible for documenting coding standards, provide code review and feedback to team members to ensure development best practices. The developer must be able to identify, investigate, evaluate and become proficient in new technologies and technical disciplines that are of significance to Parallon. In this role you will: Design, develop, test, and support internal Parallon web applications from concept through deployment. Manage software design and development to meet operational and business requirements. Perform system analysis, design, development, and support for Microsoft SQL Server environments across Production, QA, and Development.
