Position Description:
We're seeking a motivated Software Developer to help design, develop, and implement modern web applications. In this role, you will perform systems analysis, design, integration, and documentation for complex applications. You will be a core member of an Agile team, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle with a focus on building high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.
This role is fully remote.
Additional Roles / Responsibilities:
Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain robust applications using Java/Spring Boot for backend services and Angular for the frontend. UI/UX Implementation: Build responsive and appealing front-end interfaces using UI templates, HTML5, CSS, and Angular. Cloud Integration: Develop and deploy applications in a cloud environment, utilizing AWS services. API Development: Write and consume effective RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between system components. System Modernization: Contribute to efforts to translate legacy applications into modern, cloud-native architectures. Quality Assurance: Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency, and collaborate on troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading applications. Agile Collaboration: Be an active participant in the Agile development process (SAFe, Scrum, etc.), working with team members to enhance existing software and deliver new features.
Minimum Qualifications,CertificationsandEducationRequirements:
BA/BS in a related field with 5-8 years of experience as a Software Engineer. Strong experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework. Proficiency in front-end development with Angular, HTML5, and CSS. Experience with Node.js for backend services or build tooling. Hands-on experience with cloud services, preferably in an AWS environment. Experience with Agile development processes (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
