Who You Are
You're an RPA Developer who enjoys finding smarter ways to get things done. You have experience building, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions that simplify business processes and improve operational efficiency.
You're comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, understand existing workflows, and turn business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
Your technical background includes working with RPA and low-code platforms, integrating applications through APIs and connectors, and developing workflows that connect cloud-based and on-premises systems.
Beyond development, you understand the importance of maintaining reliable automations. You're comfortable troubleshooting issues, monitoring performance, documenting solutions, and following security and governance best practices.
Must Haves
3+ years of experience in software development, RPA, business process automation, or a related technical role. Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools.
