Role Overview
We are seeking a sharp, driven Associate Software Engineer (Full-Stack) — freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of professional industry experience are welcome — who is deeply immersed in the modern JavaScript ecosystem. This role will contribute across the entire development cycle, from crafting seamless, high-performance user interfaces to architecting robust server-side logic and managing database flows.
The ideal candidate cares about pixel-perfect alignment, clean folder structures, and optimized backend query performance while actively utilizing AI-augmented development workflows to build
production-grade software.
Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Engineering & UX Optimization
Deliver "no-lag", high-performance web interfaces with fast load times and fluid, app-like transitions. Build, modularize, and maintain reusable UI components using React.js and Next.js. Translate sophisticated design sheets into clean, semantic, and highly responsive components using Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap. Implement seamless client-side state management and optimize front-end performance for an elite user experience.
Backend Engineering & API Architecture
