The Walmart Online and Store Returns Engineering team in Bentonville develops technology enabling seamless returns across Walmart stores, eCommerce, Marketplace, and Fulfillment Services. The team tackles complex challenges in customer experience, payments, fraud prevention, distributed state management, and reverse logistics at scale. Combining extensive impact with innovation, the team modernizes critical platforms, integrates AI to enhance engineering, and owns solutions from design through production. Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
