In This Role
You will support the release management process for widely used productivity applications, with a focus on release notes, pre-Patch Tuesday preparation, and Mac and iOS releases. You will coordinate technical documentation, track release activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure updates are delivered on schedule and within scope. This remote opportunity offers the chance to deepen your knowledge of enterprise software release systems while contributing to a collaborative technical team.
Responsibilities
Manage release notes and technical documentation for external software releases. Coordinate pre-Patch Tuesday activities, including release preparation, task tracking, and readiness checks. Support desktop and mobile application release processes, including Mac and iOS releases. Review release requirements, enhancement requests, and technical specifications to ensure release documentation is complete and accurate.
