Role Overview We are looking for an AI Developer with strong Python skills and hands-on experience building applications using LangGraph. The candidate will work with the engineering and product teams to develop, integrate, test, and maintain AI-powered applications that address business requirements. This is a hands-on development role focused on building practical, reliable solutions—not only experimenting with prompts or using AI tools. Key Responsibilities - Develop AI workflows: Build and maintain stateful, multi-step AI workflows using LangGraph, including graph state, nodes, edges, and conditional routing. Docs by LangChain - Integrate models and tools: Connect large language models with application APIs, databases, and business tools. Implement tool calling, structured outputs, and appropriate error handling. Docs by LangChain - Build knowledge-based applications: Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities where required, including document processing, retrieval, and response generation. - Improve quality and reliability: Create test cases, evaluate AI responses, troubleshoot failures, and improve application performance, response time, and model usage costs. - Support engineering delivery: Write maintainable code, participate in code reviews, document implementations, and collaborate with backend, data, and quality assurance teams. Required Skills and Experience - 2–4 years of software development experience, including practical experience developing AI or generative AI applications. - Mandatory hands-on LangGraph experience, with the ability to explain an implemented workflow, design decisions, and troubleshooting approach. - Strong Python programming skills, including API integration, exception handling, debugging, and automated testing. - Working experience integrating large language models into applications, with an understanding of prom…
