Role Overview:
This is a senior, hands on role owning the systems that run CloudM(https://himalayas.app/companies/cloudm)’s revenue operating model. Salesforce sits at the centre of it and you will be accountable for it. You will inherit a platform that has grown quickly alongside the business, so your job is to stabilise it, document it, rationalise the automation that has accumulated, and run it as a dependable foundation for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance as we scale.
Broadly, the shape of the role is:
Salesforce platform ownership, remediation and day to day support: around 85% DealHub quoting administration: around 10% HubSpot maintenance and support: under 5%
You will be the only internal Salesforce specialist, with an external Salesforce partner available for deep technical work. That means you need the judgement to know what to build yourself, what to hand out, and how to hold a supplier to a standard.
This role suits someone who enjoys improving systems, asks clarifying questions before building, and is as comfortable explaining a report to a sales manager as they are rebuilding a broken flow.
