Focus of the Role
As a Network Software Engineer, you’ll develop, maintain and support telecom service applications and microservices within a cloud-based environment. You’ll work across the software delivery lifecycle, from solution development and deployment through to production monitoring, incident resolution and ongoing performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain Java-based applications and microservices. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable application deployments. Deploy and support applications across AWS cloud environments. Monitor production systems and perform log analysis using Splunk. Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes. Support application release, change and deployment activities. Improve system reliability, performance and operational efficiency through automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment. Maintain appropriate technical documentation and support testing and quality assurance activities.
