Handle end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation, customization, development, and support. Work with Odoo versions 18, 19, and 20, including version-specific development, customization, and upgrades where applicable. Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Develop custom Odoo modules using Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, OWL, and Odoo ORM. Configure, implement, and customize Odoo modules across Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Invoicing, POS, Manufacturing, Project Management, and HR. Implement and customize HR modules, including Employees, Recruitment, Attendances, Time Off, Payroll, Appraisals, Expenses, Employee Contracts, and Planning.
