Responsibilities What You Will Do
You will lead solution delivery through strong architecture, hands-on engineering, quality ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and responsible adoption of AI. You will remain technically engaged while enabling the team to operate effectively across business analysis, development, testing, data, automation, and support.
Technical Leadership & Team Enablement
Provide hands-on technical leadership, direction, coaching, and mentoring to engineers; foster accountability, collaboration, inclusion, continuous learning, and a positive team environment. Break complex outcomes into clear work packages, delegate effectively, remove technical blockers, manage dependencies, and communicate delivery risks and trade-offs early. Guide engineering estimation, planning, execution, reviews, defect resolution, and production stabilization across build, enhancement, and maintenance initiatives. Identify skill gaps and growth opportunities, encourage knowledge sharing, and improve team capability through practical coaching and reusable engineering guidance.
