SCIGON is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize Salesforce environments while supporting business operations and improving platform efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, platform administration, and Agile project delivery.

What We’re Looking For
Education & Certifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) certification.
Experience
1. 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
2. 3+ years supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
3. 3+ years of Agile project delivery experience, using Jira or similar project management tools.
4. Experience managing Salesforce security, user administration, workflow automation, reporting, and platform configuration.
5. Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Skills
1. Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and administration best practices.
2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
3. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
