Hands-on experience with work item management tools such as JIRA or IBM Rational. Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, scalability, and distributed systems. Experience presenting technical concepts, architecture proposals, and solution designs to stakeholders. Strong collaboration mindset and ability to thrive in a global engineering environment.
